Rory O'Dowd
Rory is an Associate at Deutsch Miller, specialising in corporate law and commercial transactions. Having moved to Australia from a top-tier Dublin law firm, Rory’s experience spans a diverse range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, capital raisings, public and private corporate advisory, and corporate restructuring.
Rory has a genuine interest in the business and values of each of his clients. Rory completed a Bachelor of Business and Law (BBL) from University College Dublin, and is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland.
Outside of work, Rory enjoys rugby (strictly union), skiing, and exploring the natural amenities New South Wales has to offer.
