Alistair Jaque, Antony Bull and Orhai Shiba acted for Valsoft Corporation Inc on its acquisition of Azility Energy Management Solutions, a next-generation energy management solutions provider that powers energy, water, and emissions savings.
Valsoft acquires and develops vertical market software companies around the world that deliver critical solutions for customers in various industries. This is the latest in a number of acquisitions in Australia on which Deutsch Miller has acted for Valsoft.
