Recordpoint boosts AI capabilities with Redactive acquisition
Our Corporate team led by Paul Miller, Shauna Mulry and Hannah Russell acted on behalf of RecordPoint, in its acquisition of Redactive’s business, an AI-driven data security startup backed by Blackbird, Felicis, Atlassian Ventures, and Zapier. This strategic transaction further enhances RecordPoint’s capabilities in data governance.
Founded in 2009 by Elon Aizenstros and Anthony Woodward, RecordPoint was established to address the challenges organisations faced in managing data, with a vision to transform access to data and build better governance and privacy controls. RecordPoint is a leading provider of data governance and privacy solutions for regulated industries. Its cloud-based platform enables organisations control data across modern and legacy systems, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and enhancing operational efficiency.
