Maggie Chen
Maggie is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice at Deutsch Miller.
She practises across a range of jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Local, District, Supreme and Land and Environment Courts of NSW, as well as the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Australian Human Rights Commission.
Maggie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including private and public companies, small businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and individuals such as directors and employees. Her practice spans a variety of commercial disputes, including matters involving corporations law, breach of contract, misleading and deceptive conduct, fraud, consumer law, strata and lease disputes. She is committed to delivering clear, strategic advice and achieving practical, commercial outcomes for her clients.
Maggie was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) from the University of New South Wales.
Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys bouldering, hiking and exploring new places to eat with friends.
