Sarah-Jane Sale
Senior Associate
Sarah-Jane is a corporate and commercial lawyer at Deutsch Miller with particular expertise in industries such as real estate, technology, financial services and education. Sarah-Jane has over 9 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, shareholders agreements and various commercial agreements.
Sarah-Jane is passionate about providing a personalised approach to each and every client. She believes that in addition to helping her clients achieve a successful outcome, she can add real value by helping them better understand the transaction. She is hard working, diligent and highly efficient, and believes that in order to advise a client effectively, you first need to understand the client’s business and their values.
Sarah-Jane has assisted in acting for individuals, public and private clients. Sarah-Jane enjoys the diversity of not only the transactions, but the businesses and clientele of Deutsch Miller’s corporate and commercial practice.
Prior to joining the corporate and commercial team at Deutsch Miller, Sarah-Jane specialised in property and commercial law, assisting both domestic and international clients on a range of transactions, including leases, business acquisitions and the sale and purchase of property.
Sarah-Jane’s qualifications include an LLB/Bachelor of Business (distinction) at the Queensland University of Technology.
Sarah-Jane also likes to keep fit and enjoys walking with girlfriends (albeit the walks may only be to the café on the corner with two children) and attending regular group fitness class. She supplements this with regular doses of retail therapy and is firmly aligned with the ‘you can never have enough shoes’ school of thought.
