Sarah Taylor
Sarah is a Senior Associate in Deutsch Miller’s dispute resolution practice.
Prior to joining Deutsch Miller, Sarah worked for top-tier firm MinterEllison and has expertise across corporate disputes, class actions, contractual disputes, financial lines and insurance matters. Sarah has represented clients in a variety of Courts and tribunals, including in the High Court of Australia.
Sarah is a trusted advisor to her clients, always maintaining a keen focus on their commercial drivers. She has a collaborative approach and works closely with her clients to achieve legal outcomes that align with their business objectives. Sarah has a strong track record of negotiating out of Court settlements, both in the context of informal settlement conferences and in mediations.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts (French major) from the University of Sydney.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family.
