Shauna Mulry
Shauna Mulry is an Associate in Deutsch Miller’s corporate and commercial team. Shauna has strong experience in advising on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements, and general corporate governance. She has acted for both buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border transactions, with deal values ranging from early-stage investments to €100 million-plus transactions.
Before joining Deutsch Miller, she worked at leading Irish commercial law firm Flynn O’Driscoll LLP, where she spent over seven years, advising a broad client base – from start-ups to large corporates, on M&A transactions, company law compliance, and commercial contracting. She later joined Workhorse Advisory in Sydney, where her work included advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, infrastructure agreements, tender processes, and regulatory matters. Shauna also undertook a secondment as legal counsel to a leading mining company, Pembroke Resources, where she supported refinancing and divestment projects, managed due diligence, and negotiated key commercial contracts.
She holds a BCL (Law and Society) from Dublin City University and is admitted as a solicitor in both Ireland and England & Wales (as a Foreign Lawyer).
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, Pilates, and exploring Sydney’s coastline.
